SHIPPING SPECIALTY FOODS

RETURNS:  We want you to love shopping with us!. You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund at our cost.  Just click below to go directly to our online return center. All returns must be in the original packaging and unopened in order to receive a refund. 

Please note: if the return is due to a damaged product please keep the item for 10 days the event FedEx needs it for inspection. 

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:  If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason please notify us within seven days and we will make it right for you. We want you to be happy with your purchase. 

SHIPPING:  We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

SHIPPING TERMS:  We use FedEx for all shipments.  Below is a map showing shipping times.  The shopping cart will also give you a delivery time once all your information is entered.  If you need your order sooner than standard ground times please select the method of shipping that will get it to you when you need it. We will do our best to ship your order out within 24 hours of receipt.

SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS:  Please check all of your product upon receipt to ensure that there is no damage. If there is damage please contact us at within 48 hours so that we can notify FedEx. Please contact us at (844) 263-2298 or send us an email at customerservice@foodiewarehouse.com and we'll be sure to take care of you. Please hold onto the damaged product for ten business days as FedEx may want to inspect the damage. 

TEMPERATURE SENSITIVE ITMES:  All of our chocolate items require special handling in hot weather. When ordering a temperature sensitive item during a warm time period, please make sure to select dry ice when suggested. An additional charge for packaging and ice packs that will allow your items to arrive safely will apply. Items that require special handling will be identified as such.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  We can send product to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is more costly but certainly worth it. Unfortunately, we can’t send items out of the country.

P.O. BOXES:  Sorry, we can’t ship to a P.O Box. Our carrier, FedEx will not deliver to a P.O Box.
